Returns and Exchanges

Pin collecting is a fun but sometimes emotional hobby. As a collector myself I know how exciting it is to see a new pin dropping and feel you have to buy if for fomo (fear of missing out). Then we realize we have a pin balance due to another pin maker or a pin you want more announces a drop or our emotions cool off and we realize we just really don’t want it after all. I also know sometimes we want to grab an extra pin for a friend incase they miss it and then we are stuck with two. It is for these reasons that I do not do returns. Also, I try to be as fair as I can with pin drops. First come first secured. If I allow people to purchase to secure a pin, then return it, not only is that a lot of extra and unnecessary work for me, but it also deprived someone else from obtaining the pin and costs me a real sale. I hope you understand this perspective. I will always work with each customer to make them happy.
RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns. Exchanges are made in a case by case basis. We do not process cancellations once shipping label has been created. Our goal is to provide you with beautiful pins that you will be happy to add to your collection. We are more than willing to work with you in the event that a pin does not meet your expectations. Keep in mind that all pins are hand-made and as a result, will differ slightly from piece to piece. It is not possible to match each pin 100%. Slight variations and inconsistencies are considered normal and therefore acceptable . (Please see grading policy)
If you are unhappy with the quality or grading of your purchase please let us know within 5 days of receipt and we will work with you for a resolution. (Pins sell out so the sooner the better.)
GRADING PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
If you feel the pin you received was graded incorrectly, we will ask you to send us several photographs of the flaw/flaws. We will gladly exchange the item or offer a grading price adjustment if it is determined that there is a grading error. You will be issued a refund for the difference between the two grades. If the item is no longer available you can request a full refund or shop credit minus the shipping cost. In order to receive a refund, the item in question must be returned. Please contact us to receive a return shipping label. We will pay for shipping back to us.
All grading price adjustments and/ or returns are done on a case by case basis.
BUYERS REMORSE
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase or erroneously purchase a pin you’ve previously bought before so please choose carefully.
